Any SHTM students or alumnus who are interested in pursuring their careers within the event and convention industry are encouraged to join our society.

1. Complete the Registration Form.

2. A notification email will be sent to you soon. Follow the payment instructions. You are encouraged to transfer the fee within 6 working days.

3. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the payment. You will be reminded to collect your personalised membership card once your membership is active.

If you are enthusiastic in learning and practicing the event management / planning skills; or to serve the SHTM community and improve personal growth; or would like to broaden your network and cooperate with our industry partners - look no further!

All SHTMES student members who demonstrates strong sense of responsibility, ethical leadership and teamwork are welcomed to apply for the programme.

The SHTMES ExCo programme usually opens between 1 September to 30 September. However, we do remind you to check the society's official social media for updates in the program.

1. Indicate your interest in Registration Form / Send us an email.

2. Complete a short personal information form (which will be sent to you later).

3. Attend an interview.
